A monthly gathering for reflection, connection, & community on our journey of being prepared adults.
We know Montessori and respectful caregiving isn’t the easiest path. For many of us, this experience is transformational and a way of life. It’s an approach to thinking about ourselves, our past, our present, our future, and our relationship with everyone we know. And it can be a lot!
While there is work to do on our own, community sustains us. We’re all about that shared learning and collective wisdom.
Montessori Open Session is a co-created, inclusive, judgment-free space for common growth and connection. Our conversations are centered around Montessori, child development research, Adlerian concepts, and our experiences as we navigate the work of being a prepared adult.
We will explore a variety of themes during our monthly gatherings. We’ll open with a short reading or exercise as a prompt for reflection and dialogue. You’ll have the opportunity to listen and be heard, to learn and contribute. You can expect honesty, encouragement, and imperfection. There might be swearing.
We welcome anyone who wants to join.
