For the past five years, I've launched six-figure virtual summits, built marketing funnels that generate consistent revenue, led teams of 8+, and transformed operations into calm, scalable workflows that support real growth.

I partner with course creators, coaches, consultants, and mission-driven entrepreneurs to manage launches, build marketing operations, and create the systems and structure that make sustainable growth possible.

I'm the kind of person who genuinely wants to understand how your membership platform talks to your email system, why your last launch timeline slipped, and what your team needs to work well without you checking in constantly. I find that puzzle interesting, and solving it is what I do best.

What I'm good at: taking your big ideas and turning them into clear, sequenced steps your team can run with. Finding the cracks in your workflows before they become real problems. Prioritizing so you spend energy on the things that actually move the needle, not the things that just feel urgent.

I believe when you are freed from operational overload, you can do the work that actually moves communities forward.

Before moving into operations, I spent years in early childhood education. Teaching gave me a deep respect for systems that actually serve people, for building things with care, and for showing up every day with intention. Those instincts carry into everything I do as a launch manager and OBM.
